NOTES::::::

I have seen this film before but I didn’t really understand it, having not seen the Firefly series. I only rated it 2 out of 5 (See the Archives)

I have now watched and loved the Firefly series and thought the film deserved another watch. It seems it was worth it.

I started off quite confused. Good action, weak story.

 

Synopsis: A young girl is institutionalized by her abusive stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the mental facility.
